The patient arrived with several missing teeth and severely damaged upper teeth that could no longer be restored. After a full clinical evaluation and diagnostic scans, our team recommended a comprehensive smile makeover to rebuild both function and aesthetics.
To rebuild the upper jaw, our surgeons placed an All-on-6 dental implant system, creating a strong, long-lasting foundation for the final restoration. We designed a custom porcelain-bonded bridge that included pink ceramic to mimic natural gum contours. This approach allowed us to create a balanced, lifelike smile with excellent durability.
For the lower jaw, we used a strategic combination of porcelain crowns and implant-retained bridges. This treatment not only restored full chewing function but also created a bright, symmetrical appearance that aligned perfectly with the new upper arch.
Together, the upper All-on-6 implants and lower crowns delivered a dramatic transformation. The patient regained confidence, proper bite function, and a natural-looking smile that will last for many years with proper care.
