AFTERCARE & MAINTENANCE

The price of treatment is only part of the long-term plan.

Implants, crowns and bridges need routine maintenance. The guarantee also requires an annual review, so those fees are shown clearly rather than buried in the small print.

Eligible new patients

The free-consultation offer is for new clients on nominated free-consultation days.

20-minute consultation

The standard appointment is 20 minutes. Additional assessment and discussion time can be added for £20 when required.

Imaging is separate

A suitable panoramic X-ray no more than two months old is required. If needed, an OPG can be taken in London for £75.

72-hour cancellation rule

Free appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before the booked time under the offer terms.

One free consultation

The free offer is available once and does not apply after a missed, late-cancelled or late-rescheduled appointment.

Other consultation days

Consultations outside the nominated free-consultation day are currently £35.

How much is the London consultation?

Eligible new clients can currently book a free 20-minute London consultation on selected free-consultation days. A panoramic X-ray is separate and costs £75 when required. Longer assessment or discussion time can be added for £20. Appointments outside the nominated free-consultation days are currently £35.

Is the panoramic X-ray included in the consultation?

No. Consultation fees and promotional consultation offers exclude imaging. A London panoramic OPG is currently £75 when required. If you already have a suitable recent panoramic X-ray, send it to the team before your appointment so the dentist can confirm whether it can be used.

How much is a CT scan in London?

When a 3D scan is required, London patients are referred to CT-Dent. The current fee is £140 per jaw, paid directly to CT-Dent, so it is not included in the Smile Savers dental treatment total.

How much is the London CAMLOG implant?

The usual published London CAMLOG implant price is £1,200. The current 10% CAMLOG implant offer reduces the implant component to £1,080. Abutments, exposure, crowns and any additional procedures are separate items. Check the Special Offers page for current offer eligibility and validity.

How much is a straightforward single-tooth implant in London?

The current straightforward PFM example is £2,140: £1,080 CAMLOG implant after the current implant discount, £250 screw-retained abutment, £60 implant exposure and £750 PFM implant crown. Impressions, anaesthetic and the healing screw are included at no extra charge. Extraction, CT imaging, grafting and other additional treatment are excluded.

Is implant exposure included in the London implant price?

No. Implant uncovering or exposure is a separate treatment stage and is currently £60 per implant in London. The worked single-tooth example on this page includes that £60 fee in the total.

Do you have a hygienist in London?

The London clinic does not currently have a separate hygienist service. Cleaning is performed by a dentist. Scaling and polishing is currently £85, with a longer cleaning appointment at £125 when required.

How much is the annual guarantee check-up in London?

The current London annual check-up is £85 when no panoramic X-ray is required, or £150 when an OPG is required. The annual review is required to keep the treatment guarantee valid, subject to the written guarantee terms.

What treatment guarantees apply?

Qualifying treatment currently has a five-year implant guarantee and a three-year crown guarantee, subject to the written terms and required annual check-ups. Travel and accommodation costs are not covered by the guarantee.

Is London or Budapest better value for one implant?

For one straightforward implant, London is usually the more practical route because Budapest requires travel and accommodation. Budapest becomes more cost-effective for many patients when several implants, multiple crowns or more extensive treatment is planned. Compare the complete treatment pathway rather than one headline fee.

How many appointments are needed for one London implant?

A straightforward single implant usually involves around four to five London appointments, commonly spaced about two weeks apart where the treatment stage allows. The exact sequence depends on healing, imaging and whether any additional treatment is needed.

Can I compare London and Budapest prices before deciding?

Yes. The two clinics have different published treatment prices, including the CAMLOG implant component itself. Your consultation can help you compare the whole plan, travel requirements and aftercare before deciding which route suits you.
