Dental implants and fixed bridges Read more
On the first photo we can see that our client was missing her molar teeth, her teeth were broken, worn down and the front crowns were uneven.
Dr. Kaman inserted 8 upper and 8 lower Camlog dental implants and carried out two sinus elevation bone grafts to strengthen and rebuild the bone. This procedure involves elevating the sinus membrane and placing the bone graft onto the sinus floor, allowing implants to be placed in the back part of the upper jaw. Premature loss of upper back teeth results in a down growth of the maxillary sinus floor. 6 months healing was required after the 1st visit, then the dental implants were uncovered and loaded with fixed porcelain fused to metal bridges.
Here you can see the client’s asymmetric smile and broken teeth prior to her treatment.
This photo shows the client after the final part of her treatment. She was very happy to have a fully functioning, even and bright smile.

Our client decided to visit us for a London consultation when her front tooth broke off by the gum line and there was urgent need for a full mouth rehabilitation. Her dental treatment in Budapest included dental implants and fixed bridges.

Dental Implants Case Study Read more
The first picture shows the x-ray of the patient after dental implant placing and upper & lower bridge fitting. 9 Branemark dental implants were used in the upper jaw and 5 Branemark dental implants in the lower jaw. This case was particularly tricky as there was very little usable bone in the lower jaw in which to place dental implants.
6 months after the dental implants had fully settled in, they were uncovered and impressions were taken. 3 days later the client returned for the first fitting of the full arch bridge of ceramic fused to gold crowns, then another 5 days later for the final fitting.
The restoration in place. Porcelain fused to gold bridges were used to provide an aesthetically pleasing look and a strong restoration. The dental implant bridges are held in by screws and can easily be removed by a dentist if necessary.
The final restoration. Nicola Lewin was able to use her new teeth immediately – the function and aesthetic was the same if not better than her normal teeth. This photo was taken of Dr. Kaman and Nicola 8 years after the treatment was completed.

When Nicola Lewin contacted us her upper and lower jaws were badly affected by gum disease, her teeth were loose and the x-ray showed excessive bone loss. Our experienced dental team extracted Nicola’s already failing teeth and replace them with dental implants and bridges.

The client was fitted with a fix 10 unit long term temporary lower bridge straight after dental implant placing and the upper denture was adjusted.
On this photo we can see the final restoration. The dental implant supported bridges are held in by screws, so they can be easily removed and corrected by a dentist/technician in case of damage/chip

Makeover with dental implants and crowns Read more
This image shows the client teeth prior to treatment. The upper teeth and some of the lower premolars and molars were weakened by gum disease and therefore had to be removed. Dr. Kaman extracted all of the upper teeth and placed 8 dental implants in the upper jaw and 3 – 3 in the lower jaw. Thanks to modern science and research, we now know that you do not need 14 implants to replace a top or bottom jaw – but a smaller number of pegs with a bridge between them.
4 months healing later our client returned to Budapest to have crowns/bridges fitted onto the dental implants and crowns for the remaining lower teeth. The client selected an A1 shade which provides a bright but natural result.

Gum disease weakened our clients teeth and the front ones started to move apart. Dental implants were used to replace the mobile teeth and dental crowns to restore the worn down lower front teeth.

"Hi Veronika, Thank you for arranging the dental visits. I am happy to report that everything went well and I am extremely pleased with the work that has been done on my teeth in Budapest. All the staff and Dentists at the Implant Centre were very friendly and professional. They went to great lengths to make sure I was comfortable and content with the work. It is a great credit to their profession as the level of attentiveness and caring was beyond any that I have experienced before. Communication was superb and their English skills was more than enough needed to explain the procedures and appointments. The cost of the work done beats any UK practice and I will be recommending any and all individuals that I talk to regarding the fantastic work completed on my teeth. Thanks once again. Olivia Walsh"
