Excellent customer care form the outset. All my enquiries were answered rapidly & in full. Zita and Veronika have been beyond helpful & patient. I was when I first used them back in 2014 and couldn't have been more happily surprised with the outstanding quality of service and workmanship. Looked after all the way by a great and caring team. Had all my dental work done in Hungary for £8000 whilst all the dentists in London were charging over £20,000 for the same work. I got one implant supported bridge placed in my lower jaw and another placed in my upper jaw.Nearly 3 years later and the bridge work is holding up excellently and I am still very happy with the work.Thank you smile savers ! I was hugely skeptical about these guys. it was luck of the draw and the magic of Google. My initial consultation (that cost £50) laid everything out. The Price I was quoted at the initial consultation was the price i paid. There were no add-ons. I was to have some extractions in London and then to book my treatment for Budapest. The staff in both London and Budapest were amazing. All my worries and concerns were answered in a quick and timely manner by Veronica. I know the old saying "if it's too good to be true it generally is". In this instance, it couldn't be further from the truth.

If you are needing any dental treatment implants or crowns you must go to Smile Savers clinic in Budapest. My first appointment was for 3 days in Dec 2019 for 5 implants. My 2nd & final visit for a week in August 2020 to complete implants & have crowns fitted. I am absolutely thrilled with my new teeth! Fantastic from start to finish...I’m a real anxious dental patient, had work done here that I would’ve passed out at the thought of a few years ago and amazed with the end results. First class people too, cannot speak highly enough about the facilities and the staff. Overall cost was high but relative to UK private came it at half total price, including 2 sets of flights and hotel stays. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Have just returned from Budapest and I am delighted with the work carried out on my teeth. From initial consultation in London to the work in Budapest everything was well organized and carried out to the highest standard. We also rented an apartment right next door to the surgery which was a terrific base from which to explore Budapest on the days that I was not having treatment! It is just not possible to rate Smile Savers Hungary highly enough! I was so SO lucky to find them. I had gone through four years of pure hell, almost unable to eat, with my (private) London dentist seemingly unable to deal with my problems; he tried first this, then that, and at prices which were simply eye-watering. After a consultation at Smile Savers' London Clinic, my problem was quickly and correctly diagnosed and a treatment agenda prepared. The agenda included treatments (considered essential by Smile Savers) which had never been proposed by my then dentist AND at a quarter of the cost of my former dentist's latest quotation. Suffice to say that I went to Hungary and now have a greatly strengthened upper jaw and a full set of beautiful implants which feel - and function - exactly like my own teeth.
That was three years ago and I have just returned from Hungary again - this time, after planned work on my lower jaw. The same excellent results at unbelievably low cost. I couldn't be happier.
I must stress that my treatments were essential, not cosmetic, and yet I now have the most perfect set of teeth that anyone could wish for. And I echo other reviewers by saying that everyone involved in the enterprise - from the wonderful dentists to the Clinic's drivers - were charming, considerate and caring. Roars of applause from me!!!
I was really worried about going to dentist outside the UK. I did a little research and I'm so glad I did and found Smile Savers Hungary, I contacted them by email and found everyone very helpful. At my first visit I was very apprehensive because the outside of the clinic didn't fill me with confidence. However, once inside I was so amazed at the atmosphere and appearance of the clinic. Inside I instantly felt at ease by all staff and soon felt confident to have the work done. The implant procedure was a little uncomfortable but nothing like I imagined. I was given information and advice about my treatment and felt they were totally honest and professional. I have recently returned home after my 2nd visit when I had the final work completed on the 2 implants. I also had four upper front teeth crowns. I am so pleased with how they look and feel. I am so glad I made the decision to go. And an added bonus Budapest is a great place to visit we had a great time inbetween appointments I will be going back next year for further work as I feel more confident in the dentists there than the ones I have used in the UK.
I am guessing if you are reading this, you are seeking reassurance about using these dentists to look after your teeth. Well these guys are some of the most talented, kind hearted, empathetic, caring people I have ever been privileged to know and if you read on I will tell you why.
Let us start with Veronika.
After years of terrible and often painful experiences at the hands of British dentists, I had gone ahead and booked a consultation one Saturday morning with Smilesavers. Unfortunately, the week before, I got an abscess on my teeth and my usual dentist failed to deal with it or care about how much pain I was in; a pain which resulted in me being in hospital on morphine. I emailed Smilesavers on the Friday to cancel my appointment as I was too ill to make it, what I didn’t realise was these are dentists who do care. I got a phone call at about quarter to eight that Friday evening from the lovely Veronika asking me to do my utmost to try and come into their London Practice, I must not remain in pain and they could help me. I was blown away by how much she cared and gathered myself together and travelled into London which is where I met the equally lovely Zita.
Zita:
I arrived at the Practice a bag of nerves and sick with pain, I was greeted by Zita with a sympathetic smile and comforting words and a desire to put me at my ease which she did, she was delightfully supportive and her absolute belief that Smilesavers would be able to help me was extremely reassuring. Zita has organised all my trips to Budapest, provided my itineraries, organised me beautifully when my work schedule never gave me time and always responded to my emails unbelievably quickly and always in a friendly manner.
Zita and Veronika were completely right that Smilesavers would be able to rid me of my pain because Veronika’s kindness in ringing me that Friday evening led me to meet Dr Nemeth who is very much my hero.
Dr Nemeth:
The empathy and care I received from Dr Nemeth on seeing how much pain I was in cannot be described, I suddenly felt I was in a safe pair of hands and I was. Whilst treating me, he noticed every wince, every little groan; reassuring words and apologies as he had to inject my mouth with anaesthetic were incredibly comforting and he was determined my mouth was going to be completely numb before any work took place. Oh the bliss of having a dentist who allowed my mouth time to go numb, rather than starting work whilst I could still feel everything and the numbness occuring after treatment had happened. Time was not an issue with Dr Nemeth, he could wait and when treatment started I was constantly watched for any signs of wincing and asked if I was alright. Yes Veronika and Zita, you were quite right he did take away the pain.
And then we went on to the next stage of my time with Smilesavers, the best part.
Later that week I received a plan and costs for my treatment from Veronika, very clear and precise, nothing hidden away and if I went to Budapest considerably cheaper than British prices and I mean considerably! All the things I had been told I could not have done in Britain, wasn’t a problem to these lovely people. They could do it. I had been told by other dentists I couldn’t have implants because I had a low and delicate sinus and lifting it would damage it, I also couldn’t have implants because my jawbone was to narrow and dainty and the tooth which you could not see because it leaned into my mouth could not be made to be seen. How wrong were all those dentists, Dr Nemeth simply smiled and said, we can do that!
So Zita sets to organising and the efficiency was marvellous, dates are booked in Budapest for my first appointment, a list of hotels forwarded to me to choose from and all I had to do was book the flights and choose which hotel I wanted and let them know. One of the reasons they wanted to know is because Smilesavers care far too much to leave you to fend for yourself. Their driver picks you up from the airport and takes you to your hotel, but it doesn’t end there, he then spends the next few days transporting you backwards and forwards from the hotel to the practice. Both the drivers were happy, friendly and always greeted you like you were old friends, it was wonderful.
On arriving at the Budapest practice, I met the wonderful staff there everyone of them so pleased to meet you, so willing to help and make you feel as comfortable as possible. It is a delightfully happy environment to be in, husbands and wives supporting their spouses are plied with coffee and looked after whilst you are receiving treatment and there is a lovely sense of being part of a large family.
My arrival at Budapest introduced me to Dr Kaman
What this man can achieve is awesome! I arrived with an absolute phobia of dentists and he had on his hands a woman who, even though she knew there was going to be no pain, could not stop shaking. How Dr Kaman managed to carry out the dental work, lift my sinus, carry out a bone graft and later put in implants whilst I was shaking like a leaf I have no idea. All I know is just like Dr Nemeth, I was allowed time for my mouth to go numb, my every murmur or movement was spotted, and I received constant kind reassurance and no pain! The speed and gentleness of the work was outstanding. Dr Kaman is also an absolute delight in the way he comes out and socialises with patients and spouses alike in the waiting room, he has time for everyone. He came out and chatted to my husband and explained what had happened and how he worked, how he believed nothing should be rushed and each patient should be given all the time they need. Such was the skill of his work that after having a sinus lift and bone graft, the following day I was happily wandering around Budapest sightseeing and feeling on top of the world. Budapest, by the way, is a must! It is beautiful and there is so much to do and see and not only are Hungarians brilliant with teeth they are amazing chefs!!
Having numerous implants, a bridge and crowns, I had three visits in all and whilst the first two visits were with Dr Kaman carrying out all the preparation and foundation work, the third visit was back with Dr Nemeth. No shaking, my phobia had been well and truly cured and all I felt was a sense of excitement. As I said to Dr Nemeth, I felt like a child at Christmas except this was to be the best Christmas ever. The patience Dr Nemeth, his assistant and the technician put in to making sure I had beautiful teeth was quite incredible. I had my teeth whitened by the sweetest girl imaginable and they were determined my crowns would match in colour, to the extent when Dr Nemeth, put one crown on he frowned and said it wasn’t quite right and the technician took it away there and then to change the colour and came back half an hour later with an exact match. His conscientious nature and finesse are second to none.
When they showed me the final result in the mirror, I was absolutely overwhelmed, the teeth were stunning. They look just like my own teeth, they are so natural and I have not been able to stop smiling. As one of my friends said on seeing them, “Forget making teeth Mother Nature, leave the teeth to the Hungarians!”
On Friday, 21st July 2018, Smilesavers gave me the best Christmas ever, they gave me my smile back and it is so much lovelier than I had ever hoped for it to be.
My trip was very well organised, the dental work was pain free and found the staff both at Smile Savers and the clinic very professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and family.

I went to see Dr Kaman 5 years ago, with a myriad of dental issues at the London Clinic - a plan was drawn up and priced then and there involving going to Budapest over the course of one year. Having been scared of dentists ever since the school dentist carried out some fairly amateur butchery without pain relief when I was 9 years old, back in the 60s, I was surprised how gentle and caring they were and how quickly my confidence grew in them. I had 12 implants and significant crown work, including 8 root canals in a day, and bone grafting to support the new implants. The professionalism really stands out with these guys! Five years later, my implants are as steady as day one, and they really gave me my smile and confidence back - I am so pleased I plucked up the courage to start this off, and so pleased I picked them to do it - one very happy patient!!!!
Well what can I say?? Except Brilliant, everyone in the clinic has been just amazing. So kind and thoughtful and they made a really daunting experience so much easier. I'm delighted with the work and just love my new smile.

If your are looking for a first class dental practice this is it. I went to the clinic in the UK two years ago after having issues with an infection. Since then the service has been second to none and I cannot speak highly enough of Smile Savers. I have just completed 5 days in Hungary were I had extensive work done by Dr Jonas. I am over the moon with the results. After years of being concerned about my teeth, they have given me back what I most desired, a smile. If you are considering taking the plunge this is the practice to go for. They will arrange everything and nothing is too much trouble.
Was first class in all respects and much cheaper than UK. From the moment I landed to the return flight, everything was like clockwork and no pain at all. The treatment I received was perfect both from Dr Klenk and from Dr Nemeth I can’t thank them too much. The care and attention, putting me at ease at every turn, I cannot praise them enough as well as the nurses and the technicians and, of course, Veronika who is always available and made me feel that I was the only client and not forgetting the drivers!
