The first picture shows the xray of the patient before implant placing. The patient teeth and gums were effected by periodontal gum disease and were gradualy becoming loose. Dr. Kaman extracted all of the remaining teeth and provided the client a full set of dentures.

The second picture shows the xray of the patient after implant placing. Smaller dental implants were used towards the back of the lower jaw to avoid the major nerve bundle which runs down the bottom of the jaw.

The client was fitted with a fix 10 unit long term temporary lower bridge straight after dental implant placing and the upper denture was adjusted.

On this photo we can see the final restoration. The dental implant supported bridges are held in by screws, so they can be easily removed and corrected by a dentist/technician in case of damage/chip
Fighting a loosing battle to gum disease, all of this patient teeth were mobile and there were visible signs of bone loss. Dr. Kaman, who placed over 22,000 dental implants in the last 8 years, successfully replaced his missing teeth with dental implants and bridges.
